1 Bookings & Cancellations

All reservation will be processed if you completely fill our Reservation Form. Your reservation will be replied within 1 day.
If there are any changes or cancellations to the details supplied by you (reservation or purchase request and your profile) it is your responsibility to inform BaliTravelClub soon as possible.

2 Travel Documents

Each traveler shall be responsible for obtaining the appropriate visa (s) and carry a valid passport at all times. All travelers to Indonesia must be in possession of passports with at least six months validity beyond anticipated return date and have proof of onward journey, either return of through tickets.

3 Liability

BaliTravelClub.com makes no responsibility and will not be liable for any damages resulting due to viruses infecting your computer as a result of email/data transmission between the user and Balitravelclub staff. All our computers are equipped with the up to date virus detection software.

4 Indemnification

Both parties will agree to indemnify, and hold harmless each other (Balitravelclub staff, agents and the user) from any an against any claims, actions or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, alleging or resulting from your use of the Material (including Software) or your breach of the terms of this agreement or inaccuracy of information or the availability and/or quality of products and/or services provided by third parties.

5 Force Majeure

Clause 1.4 will be apply for the clause on “Force majeure”. This will include war, threat of war, riot, civil disobedience or strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or industrial disaster, governmental regulations, communication or utility failures, fire, adverse weather conditions, level of water in rivers, labour disputes or disturbances, material shortages or rationing, technical or maintenance problems with transfer, unforeseen operational decisions of air carriers such as changes of schedule, or any unforeseeable or unavoidable event beyond Balitravelclub’s control.

6 Law of Agreement

All legal actions or suits relating to this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

7 Additional Terms

Additional Terms and Conditions may apply to reservation, purchase of services and other uses of portion of this site and you agree to abide by such other Terms and Conditions from external parties namely hotels, car rental companies etc.

8 Payment Method

Cash on Arrival

No advance payment (deposit) is required by traveller except requested by the hotel. The only requirement would be to sign off and fax us acknowledgement letter stating booking & travel. The payment will be done upon arrival of traveler into Bali. Payment will be in cash to Balitravelclub Representative who will issue an invoice and receipt. Only US Currency is accepted. Currency not accepted by bank will need to replaced by traveller.

Lastly, BaliTravelClub.com reserves the rights to change, modify, add or remove portions of the Terms & Conditions under which our website is presented without your consent. Please check periodically for changes. Your continued use and/or access to our website following changes to this Terms & Conditions will mean that you accept those changes.
