1. How do I reserve a hotel?

When viewing the information for you selected hotel, you will note the rate schedule at the bottom of the page. Once you have chosen a room type, select the ‘book it ’ option listed behind room rate. This will take you to the booking form. Please complete this form and submit it. Once you have submitted your reservation you will receive an email indicating that your booking has been received and is currently being processed.


2. What happens once my reservation is placed with Balitravelclub.com?

Our Customer Service Agents will immediately proceed with your request and send you a booking summary detailing the reservation. Normally, within 24 hours, you will be notified via email with confirmation.

3. Can I make a reservation directly through the hotel?

The rates published by Balitravelclub.com are only available through our service. If you reserve directly with the hotel, you can expect to be quoted significantly higher rates.

4. When will my booking be confirmed?

For many of the hotels we sell, we are able to provide instant confirmation. In other cases, your booking will normally be confirmed within 24 hours. You will be notified via email with confirmation or any changes in your booking status.

5. Are your hotel rates per room or per person?
All of our published rates are per room, for either 1 or 2 persons.

6. What does it cost to use your service?

Balitravelclub.com does not charge you to use our service. The published discounted rate, listed for each hotel, includes all applicable hotel service charges and local taxes. This is the only amount that you pay.

7. When do I need to pay for my reservation?


You will be billed shortly before or during your hotel stay. The exact amount will be noted in the confirmation email that you will receive prior to your arrival.

8. What is your cancellation policy?

We do not charge a cancellation fee for rooms that have not been confirmed. However, once your room has been confirmed, you are subject to the cancellation policies detailed below.
The cancellation policy applies to all bookings unless the hotel you have booked has different terms and conditions to those stated below. Any policies dictated by the hotel will always take precedence over the policy stated here. If the requested hotel’s policies are different, you will be informed in your confirmation email. Please review all cancellation policies that apply, as well as fees that you may incur as a result of a cancellation.

If you cancel:

+21 Days before requested arrival date
There is NO CANCELLATION FEE.

21 - 14 Days before requested arrival date
There is a 5% administration charge.

13 - 7 Days before requested arrival date
There is a 10% administration charge.

6 - 0 Days before requested arrival date
There is a one night per room cancellation fee and a 5% refund administration fee for any refunded room nights.

TO CANCEL your reservation, YOU MUST do one of the following:

Cancel by sending us an e-mail with the word "CANCEL" in the subject line and quoting your booking ID e.g. ID200501 if you have one. If you do not have a booking ID, please send the hotel name, location, guest name and relevant dates. You can also cancel online via our Live Agent.
Failure to do so will result in your being subject to the conditions described above.

Shortening your stay

If you should need to shorten your stay, we will refund your credit card for the unused room nights, less a 5% refund processing fee unless the individual hotel’s policy requires that you be charged the full amount of your booking. You MUST cancel the unwanted room nights with us, as well as the hotel receptionist, or you will not receive your refund, if applicable.

If, for any reason, you do not utilise your reservation and have failed to cancel it in the above mentioned manner, you may be liable for the full amount of your booking.

If you would like to make a hotel reservation, please be prepared to give the following information:
* Your name
* Hotel name and location, room type
* Number of adults and children
* Arrival and departure dates
* Any specific room preferences you may have
* Your email address
* Your telephone and/or fax numbers (with country and area codes)
